Michael Moore Asks Publisher to Stop Selling His Book in ‘Murderous State of Georgia’
It’s interesting that someone like Michael Moore would step into the spotlight–albeit after the fact–with his solemn decree to have his products, in this case, his books, pulled (or attempted) from the sale’s shelves of stores in GA.
Even more interesting is the ridiculous response of the governor of that state.
If more celebrity types called for this type of action, I wonder if it might not have more of an impact. Perhaps they have and I’ve just not been privy to their please. Definitely possible. Can’t read everything.
I like Moore. The interviews of him I’ve observed tell me he’s an impassioned individual that seems to truly believe in what he produces. Clearly, he is focused on making social change, and I also appreciate that fact as well.
