WP: separating plugins and widgets
We would definitely second this one. While we try to keep the number of plugins low (and subsequently the scroll on the admin/plugins page smaller) it tends to be tough when there are so many good plugs to use to get the most for the site.
Add to the plugins the list of widgets that one can plugin and that page scrolls for miles and miles, all told.
